Amazons: The Amazons is a fictional race of super-women who lived on the Paradise Island. They are immortal and there were three incarnations of them; one pre Crisis and two post Crisis. Amazons is the race to which Wonder Woman belongs.They are in the favor of  love Goddess Aphrodite because of which they have been living peacefully on Paradise Island for centuries. Wonder Woman is the youngest of the Amazons who is also the most powerful. She left the Paradise Island and came to the world of men to fight crime. Aella, Antiope, Amazons of Bana-Mighdall, Amazons of Themyscira, Artemis, Euboea, Magala, Nu'Bia and Philippus are some noteworthy Amazons.

Hippolyta: Hippolyta, the Queen of Amazons and the mother of Wonder Woman and Donna Troy was one of the few original Amazons created by Olympian Gods. She made her first appearance in the 8th issue of ‘All Star Comics’. Her abilities are enhanced speed, strength, durability, immortality and high expertise in martial arts and fighting skills. She had a magic sphere which she used to peer in past and future. Hippolyta was given the Golden Girdle of Gaea which was stolen by Hercules and later regained by Wonder Woman.

Gods of Olympus: Also known as Olympian Gods, these are Greco-Roman mythological divinities that appear in the comic’s series of DC Comics like Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Captain Marvel. Zeus, the father of the Gods is the God of the sky and thunder. Hera is the God Queen and the Goddess of marriage. Demeter is the agriculture Goddess and Poseidon is the God of the sea. Hestia is the Goddess of hearth and home. All these Gods are the children of Cronus and Rhea. Aphrodite is the love Goddess and her son Eros is love God. Pallas Athena is the Goddess of defensive war and wisdom. Ares is the war God and Athena is the chief Goddess of Amazons. Hephaestus is the God of metalwork and fire and Hermes is the God of commerce. Phoebus Apollo is the God of poetry, music and light and Artemis is the Goddess of the Moon and hunting. There are many other Olympian Gods whom Amazons worship.

Steve Trevor: Steve Trevor is an intelligent army officer of United States. During the Second World War period, his plane crash landed on Paradise Island and he was about to get drowned into the sea when Diana saved him. Wonder Woman was attracted towards Steve and she went with him to the world of men to fight Nazis, where she took up the personality of Diana Prince. When they were working together in army, Steve used to repeatedly get kidnapped by enemies and Wonder Woman had to rescue him.

Donna Troy: Donna Troy first appeared in The Brave and the Bold #60 and was created by Bruno Premiani and Bob Haney. She is the member of ‘Junior Justice League’ (Teen Titans). Also known as Wonder Girl or Wonder Chick, Donna Troy was rescued by Wonder Woman from a building on fire and was brought to Paradise Island. Hippolyta adopted her and she was given Amazon powers by the purple ray. Her abilities are flight, super speed, strength and expertise in fighting skills. She can imitate anybody’s voice without any flaw and she can tell truth from lie.
Mala: Two of Wonder Woman’s fellow Amazons are named Mala. Mala was with Wonder Woman in saving Steve Trevor from the sea. She was also the runner up of the Amazon Champion contest in which Diana won and went to man’s world with Steve. Mala was made the head of the program; ‘Reform Island’ in which they were rehabilitating those who are criminals. Mala is portrayed as a blonde girl wearing a polka kind of dotted dress. She had her own superfast swan plane and she once visited to man’s world as well. Mala had undergone Amazon training, was skilled in advanced science and had the Amazon powers. She was a trusted friend of Wonder Woman.

Etta Candy: She is a spirited young woman who runs the fictitious ‘Beeta Lambda’ association at Holliday College and helps Diana in her adventures. Etta Candy is famous for her courage, her love for candies, her frequent phrases like "For the love of chocolate!” her Esmerelda car, and her trademark ‘Woo! Woo!’ call. She is the daughter of Hard Candy and Sugar candy who lived in Texas. Etta Candy is very brave who once even blew up a camp of Nazis and rescued the captured children, and all she was armed with was candies. She is a fat and heavy woman who creates humor out of it. Etta Candy is always invited to attend Amazon festivals.

I Ching: I Ching was created by Mike Sekowsky and Denny O'Neil and he made his first appearance in 179th issue of Wonder Woman. He is a blind mystic and a martial artist. When human beings concluded that magic is different from science, there was a sect who knew that they are two sides of a same coin. This sect had a monastery which was hidden in the mountains and their aim was to revive and maintain the knowledge which was lost before centuries. I Ching was the last member of this sect. When Wonder Woman had given up her powers and was living her life as Diana Prince, she met I Ching and learnt martial arts and karate from him.

Artemis: Artemis is a fictional Amazon super – heroine from Bana-Mighdall. She was created by William Messner-Loebs and Mike Deodato and made her first appearance in 90th issue of Wonder Woman. During the conflict between the two tribes of Amazons, Wonder Woman could make out that she was good at heart. Queen Hippolyta once had a vision that Wonder Woman was dying, so, she declared another contest for the title of Wonder Woman which was won by Artemis. The abilities of Artemis include mastery in hand to hand combat, immortality, expertise in handling a variety of weapons, fluency in the languages of demon and knowledge of black magic.

General Phil Darnell: General Darnell made his debut in 8th issue of All Star Comics as the military boss of Steve Trevor. Darnell is one of the characters who appeared in Wonder Woman comics through all three ages. He was made general because of his achievement of capturing Draska Nishki. While returning from Paradise Island, Steve Trevor, with the help of Wonder Woman captures the Nazis who had shot his plane down. General Darnell was impressed and he immediately promoted Steve from Captain to the post of Major.
