The plot of this video game serves as the side story to another video game ‘Justice League Heroes’. In this game, ‘The Flash’ is the main character and it is a single player game. The members of Justice League are on different missions and this game mainly covers the adventures of the Flash.

In the first level, Gorilla Grodd has sent a robot attack on Keystone City and the Flash has to fight the robots and save the city. In the second level there is a one to one combat between the Flash and Killer Frost. In the third level Circe, a wizard and a super villain has wielded Wonder Woman’s island; Themyscira. She has turned the guards of the city into beasts by magic spells. Brainiac is the master mind behind this evil act. The Flash, along with Green Arrow has to fight them in this game.

After this battle the Flash goes to investigate about the Pacific floods where he has to fight Hunter Zolomon (Zoom), another enemy. Then the Flash challenges Brainiac to compete with him in a race. There is a 2 minute combat between the Flash and Brainiac where the player has to beat Brainiac. Apart from the Flash, other superheroes keep coming in the game every now and then but the major focus is on the Flash.
